El Toro: 

Absolutely wonderful restaurant managed by Chef Luis Leon.  Must be one of the best on the Island.  Not the cheapest, but surprisingly well priced for the quality of food.  An amazing and varied menu (you really must try the baby goat, baby lamb, and rabbit chops :), set in a wonderful ambiance.  Don't plan on arriving too early, but reservations are a must - 669.388.407.  Patty and I go there at least twice each year - once to celebrate our arrival, and once to say good bye.  Absolutely wonderful, and an amazing total experience.  Just a five minute walk up the hill to the roundabout where the Circumvalacion starts.
